"The traveller sees what he sees. The tourist sees what he comes to see." - G.K. Chesterton
It has already been a long journey and we haven't even pulled out of the driveway yet!
Months of planning & revising, waiting for ferry schedules and work schedules, researching places to stay, visit and eat (thank you TripAdvisor!), tracking weather, whales & icebergs. (One advantage of going on a road trip is being able to pack extra clothes. We've been told to expect all 4 seasons in 1 day while visiting "The Rock").
Join me as we travel along the Chemin du Roi and through the Charlevoix region of Quebec; through the St. John River valley and Bay of Fundy in New Brunswick, a whistle stop trip through Nova Scotia and finally, feel both lost and found in Newfoundland.
Finally, only 1 more sleep and we're off to Newfoundland! Let the adventure begin!
